Natural Wonder is found in little known Capitol Reef National Park in Utah. I’ve painted many times in Capitol Reef. The red rock features of the landscape are inspiring and are a true natural wonder. The landscape is typical of that found in Southern Utah along the scenic highway 12 that traverses that part of the state. I love it over there and return several times a year to paint. Great country to hike and camp in but the spring and fall are the best, too hot in the summer.
An original 21 x 28 image watercolor using professional grade Winsor & Newton paints in a hand gilded 23kt frame and fillet with a linen mat and museum glass. I do my own gilding and framing.
